About Me
I have twelve years of experience working at the interface between government and industry. As a senior leader I've sat on and reported to boards responsible for national policy areas, financial expenditure in the billions, and oversight of hundreds of staff. I've lead teams ranging in size from three to thirty staff.

I specialise in entering new areas, building teams and capability, and leaving a strong legacy. Since leaving the civil service in 2020 I've worked as a consultant, trainer, and coach helping senior leaders in the world of business and government adapt to new situations, while developing their leadership and communication skills.
